Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My Grandmother's Will says that her 2 sons split her estate. She is still alive living in a nursing home and mentally is not all there. Both of her sons passed away last year. The only relatives left are 2 daughter-in-laws and 3 grandchildren. She lives in Texas. Does this make the Will void, and who will now receive her estate.

I would have to read the will to be sure. Some will provide a contingent beneficiary, some provide that the property goes to the heirs at law, and some provide that the property would go to the decedents of the deceased beneficiaries.
