Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
My Grandmother's will was writen before my kids (her great grandchildren) were born. It starts out, I leave the ranch to my Great Grandchildren, states the names of the kids living at the time and what to do. Are my kids left out because there names were not writen down?

It will hinge on the precise language of the will. Nonetheless, my guess is that it would only apply to the named grandkids.
