Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
My grandparents own 17 acres of land. I live on and have payed property taxes on 2 acres of this land. They are now trying to evict me. I live in Texas. What are my rights in this situation?

You might have a right to reimbursement but you are not going to get it unless you hire a lawyer and make a demand.
