Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My great aunts will was in probate and I am one of 12 beneficiaries. The lawyer went to the judge and had himself removed from the case. What should we do now? It is my understanding that all bills are paid and the two executors on the will just would not cooperate with the lawyer and too many beneficiaries were calling the lawyer and worrying him to death.
