Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
My great grandmother has pass away 11yrs ago, and no one has change the deed or enter the house into Probate. I would like to take over the house but there is a loan on the house with my grandfathers name on it.
Loan Company has told me they can not sell because it need to be work on, if they were to sell the home they would not get what is own to them.
As in taxs the state has it that my grandmother is over 65 and she just need to pay what old taxes as much as she can. House cant be sold due to her age.
She has kids but they dont want anythign to do with the house, so My question is what would i have to do to be the new home ower to this house?
