Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My great grandparents passed away a couple of years ago and in their will left my grandmother everything. My grandmothers brother got a lawyer and some how put a hold on the will, my grandmother lost the original will at the time and now has found it. She is trying to sell the house my great grandparents left her but the hold on the will is preventing her from doing so. What can she do to take the hold off of the will and finally get what was left to her? How is it possible that a hold was placed on the will by her brother?
