Heirs to lawsuit
If in Texas a parent dies as a result of medication and there is a pending lawsuit won in their favor, without a will, who receives the money? Her spouse is still alive and there are 3 brothers.

It depends on whether there are children outside of the marriage. However, if there is a husband or if there are children, then the brothers wouldn't get anything.
