my stepmom just passed away/no will.deed says my dads name and wife.he purchased the home with sisters estate money.was married when the home was purchased.is this home to be divided and half profit go to her survivors post his death?is there some way the home could be donated to a nonprofit organization without her childrens contesting while my dad is still alive?

You need to get a good probate lawyer that practices in or near the county where your father lives.
Arguably, the house may be his separate property, even though bought during marriage, because it was paid for by an inheritance. The other side will claim that it was supposed to be a gift to the community estate, so the tracing of the inheritance, and your father's testimony, will be critical.
