Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

house deed

House was purchased in first wife's name along with husband's name. First wife dies, will is probated leaving everything to husband. Later husband remarries. House note and deed are still in original names. Will made by husband to leave everything to 2nd wife in case of his death. Should 1st wife's name be taken off the house deed and 2nd wife's put on or will the new will take care of this?

Re: house deed

A deceased person should not be on the title of the house. When the first will was probated, the deceased person's name should have been removed from title.
