Who gets the house
My mom paid her house off 4 yeas before she got married, if she dies does her husband automatically get the house, if so is there a way avoid this.

Assuming husband is not your dad, and assuming mom has no will, the house is split among her biological children. However, hubby retains a life estate until the property is no longer his homestead.
