Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
My Husband died in June 2010 without a will, i have 4 step children and 3 children of my own, these 7 children are all grown! Will i lose my house and what happens to any money in our bank account?

I'm sorry to hear about your husband. To answer your question, you likely have rights in the homestead. I need to know if the house was purchased during your marriage, and whose name is on title.

On the bank account, hopefully the money is in a survivorship account. Check with the bank.
