My husband died in 2005. We were married 23 years. I want to sell our house. He has 2 children from a former marriage. Can they stop me fro selling my house? I live in texas

Depends. If your husband did not have a will disposing of his interest in the house, the children may have an interest in the house. The size of this interest depends upon whether the house is community or separate property.
