Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

If my husband died tomorrow(heaven forbid!!) what would happen to me if nothing is in my name? He has a will that was drawn up when he was married before. Is that will still valid?

yes the will is still valid...and u have life estate in home/may have to prove what was gained after marriage to be community if it was given in prior will....and one can expect holiest of heirs love to fight over what is left..so a new will is best...good luck
