Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My husband and I own a house in Texas that we were selling. He died in April without a will. He has two adult children. What is the law in Texas regarding community property and heirship?

If the house was community property and if the children are not also yours, then they will inherit his half of the community property. You should get an attorney immediately and start to work something out with the children before it devolves into a fight.
