Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
My husband inherited his grandmother's house in Texas. His aunt asked if he wanted the deed in both of our names. Can the wife be legally added to the deed even though the husband was the one who inherited?

Your husband inherited a parcel. He can do with it what he likes. If he wants to give you half, he can do it. If he wants to give you the whole parcel, he can do that as well.
