Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
If my husband is sole beneficiary of his father's life insurance, there is a will and a Lady Bird Deed Trust does that money from the insurance required to be split between those named in the will or does he get to keep it because of his beneificary status?

I'm not very clear on what you are asking me. If the life insurance document has a beneficiary designation, the money goes to the person named as a "beneficiary" in the life insurance policy, period. The life insurance agreement is a contract between the life insurance company and the person purchasing the policy.
