Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My husband has a Will and 6 children, in the Will he left them nothing, and it states that if any one of these children contest the Will they would be considered Deceased. My question is this: Because this is a Community Proprty State, could any one of these 6 children force me to sell our home in order for them to receive half of their Father's Estate?

no but if you do not probate the will within 4 years of his death, they inherit his half and perhaps more..See a lawyer and file the will for probate or it will become invalid afte 4 years....BUT you will have the right to stay in the house until death even if not probated
