Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Husbands Sister had Father agree to changing the will

My husbands father is very ill and bed ridden and has been for about 5 years now, his mother passed away a year ago. In the original will they leave everything to be split between all 5 siblings. His sister has been caring for him in his dads home and he just found out that she had everything changed, she is now executor of everything and in the will he leaves everything from the money to the house to her alone. Is this legal for her to do that?

Yes. If his father has testamentary capacity - and it doesn't take very much. This is a common problem with caretakers during a final illness. They are there all the time telling the incapacitated person that they are the only one who cares for them and sacrificing for them so they should get the entire estate. Not illegal, but truly low life.
