Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Iif a person received guardianship and sign an oath, and that person goes against that oath by not going through to the courts to obtain property legally how will that efect that person with Guardianship, when doing an illegal act?

If the person was appointed Guardian by the court, then in all likelihood that person had to post a bond to secure her performance. I'm not sure what you are indicating the Guardian did, but if he/she stole money or spend money on items not approved by the court then the minor or ward has a potential case against the guardian.
