I am to inherit 1/3 of my grandmother's property. My aunt and uncle also get 1/3 each. They want to sell. Do I have to sell?

Re: Inheritance

No, not unless they file a partition lawsuit and get the judge to order a sale. They can, however, sell their own undivided interests without your consent. You would retain your 1/3 undivided interest.

I assume you are talking about undivided interest ownership. This answer may change if your grandmother's property is still being administered by an executor or administrator.
