Inheritance

This person has a will and she has left percentage of the estate to certain people. Some of the brother and sisters have passed away already. Will their children receive their percent of inheritance?

In Texas, that depends on the will and whether the party is deemed to have predeceased the testator. Per Stirpes goes to the heirs and Per Capita does not.
