Inheritance of property not signed over
What is the best action to take to get property into my name?Owner of land deed is not cooperating sttating breech of contract since fathers death.

That's really not enough facts to go on. Sounds like you might have to probate this estate without a will to get your money. If this is worth the money to you, better hire a good probate lawyer.
