I live in Texas, I was married to my wife for 20 years, she has 2 adult children. My wife passed away, there is no will, do her children have any claims against our posseions?

Yes. the childdren have a claim against any real property and any personal property according to the laws of intestate succession under the Probate Code. Better see a lawyer soon.
