Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
International power of attorney
My husband is in the army in Korea and I was told I needed to get an international power of attorney to handle things dealing with his car. Is there a such thing?

Re: International power of attorney
You should only need the Texas Statutory Durable Power of Attorney. It will need to be signed by him, notarized and the military should be able to help with that.
