Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Ira

X creates an IRA with Company and names A and B as beneficiaries. A predeceases X and B dies 2 years after X. No one reports X's death to Company until after B's death. Does B's estate receive the proceeds since he survived X or does X's estate since in Company's eyes, everyone is dead and it's as if there are no beneficiaries?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Re: Ira

Much of this is going to depend on the Company's rules. You should take all of this and go see a good probate attorney.
