Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
irrecovable trust in texas
My father-in-law has an irrevocable trust for his son, and he is the trustee. In the event of my FIL's death, I am the executor of the trust. I want my name removed from the document and another person appointed. Can this be done easily and inexpensively?

Yes. Have the attorney who prepared the trust prepare an amendment. Should be very simple.
