Can a single will be filed that expresses the will of both spouses, jointly and/or uniquely?

I'm not sure what you mean by 'filed.' If you are talking about a a living couple considering a joint will, then I would recommend strongly against such. If you are talking about a deceased who had a joint will, I would have to review it before I could determine whether or not it could be probated.
