land rights,& heirs
my bros.and sister and i,was left land from my mom and dad.we never divided it .my older bro.died recently and his wife is gone also.his stepson who lived on the land and is trying to take over everthing.what legal action do i have to evict him off the property.

First of all you're going to have to get a deed in your name. You have one big, expensive legal mess on your hands. Last one of these I did up in East Texas cost about $15K-$20K. If that's too much for you, better start looking for another place to live. Good Luck.

Assuming stepson did not inherit brother's interest, you can go to the local justice of the peace office to evict. They will have all of the procedures there. If he has an interest in the property, you will need to partition - and you will need a lawyer for that.
