We would need quite a bit more information to answer this question. How did all of you siblings acquire the land from your parents? Did your deceased sister have a will? Was she married at the time of her death? Had she been previously married? Did she have children, and what were their relationship to her widower, if any?

In any event, some legal document will almost definitely be necessary to pass her title to whomever should inherit from her. You or her children should consult with an attorney to figure this out.
