Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
a lawyer and one of his clerks and a notary public from his office signed off an a will. is this valid or invalid? i mean all three are benefiting from the will. they are getting paid by the person whose paying for the will. shouldn't one of the witnesses be a non-intereseted party?

It is typical for law office employees to serve as witnesses and notaries on wills. Unless they are also beneficiaries, there is no conflict.
