Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

On what leagal means can a Power of Attorney be sued?

My fiance is in Iraq and his sister is POA. She got caught taking money from his account and paying her own bills, while his are months behind. She won't return any of his financial records, checks, or bills and claims she burnt them. What legal actions can and should we take?

Although he's your fiance, you have no legal standing to do anything other than file criminal charges for embezzlement.

He can revoke the POA and make someone else Attorney in Fact, and that person then can sue his sister, civilly, for the money she took. Or he can do it in person when he rotates out.
