Legal Rigts After Death
My mother establised a copr. prior to her death and 3 sigling are the only shareholder. Upon our death the shares pass to our children. My brother is about to pass away and he married after the corp. was establised. Does the spouse have any right to any corp. property including living in the corporate house provided for them now?

Re: Legal Rigts After Death
It all depends on whether there's a buy/sell agreement between the shareholders and the corporation, or if your brother has a will, or if your brother has children. What is it that ensures the shares passing to children upon death of the shareholder?
The house apparently belongs to the corporation and not to your brother. If the house goes with the shareholders then the children, if any (and not minors) have a right to live there.
