Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
If I lie about my name and address but do not use another's name and address is that fraud? For example, if on a survey I give a fake name(that is entirely fake and does not belong to any person on Earth) and a fake address(also being entirely fake and not belonging to anyone on Earth) could I be sued for fraud.

No, it's not fraud. Fraud (generally) implies some intent on your part to gain something or have some advantage.
