Met man on internet,was offered home and good retirement if I married him and gave up my job, retirement and home in okla. so I did thinking I could trust him, he had a will drawn up leaving me everything, then two and a half years later ,he decides we aren't compatable,so he gives me some money and tells me to go back to okla.I have no job, no homeand have to stay with my sister.He files for divorce 4 months later then passes away before divorce is finale.He had no children just brothers,who says he changed his will and I don't get anything they get it all. I am still legally his widow.Is there something I can do? Please help

If there's a new will and it explicitly disinherits you, you're out of luck. However, if you are not mentioned in the new will, or there is no will at all, then you'll get half of the property.
If there's no new will, and the old will can be produced, then you'll receive under the old will.
Chances are the original of the old will is gone.

First, get the last will (the one the brother's are trying to claim under) and take it to an attorney to have it reviewed.
Second, as his wife, you have a community interest in income from the last two years. An attorney can advise you on your rights if the income was comingled with seperate property.
