Life Estate

If a couple of 40 yrs of marriage, put their home in a Life Estate to a daughter. The Women, (the Mother) dies, The father, Man can live in the house until his death and it then goes to the daughter.

My question is?? Can the Man,(Father) revoke the Life Estate, and sell the home to anyone he wants.?

Not very likely. Depends on how the live estate was conveyed. If it was by deed and recorded, then the life estate interest belongs to the daughter. The father could sell his life estate portion, e.g. the time that he has left on earth while in the property, but the buyer would get no fee simple interest in the property.
