My daughter is on the deed with my Mother who is deceased, but my Mother willed the property to me. Will I be placed on the deed with my daughter, or does this property go to my daughter?

Re: Life Estate Deeds Texas

Daughter has a present interest in the home. That doesn't change. Mother had an interest in the home. That interest will pass by the will (assuming you probate it.) Therefore you and daughter will each own a share of the property. You would simply take mother's share.
