life insurance policy and it's beneficiaries
Husband and wife are going through a divorce, Husband dies before it is finalized, Does the wife have rights over a life policy where Husband left his children named as beneficiaries?

There is no way to answer this accurately without knowing more information. Specifically, was this a work related insurance plan? Was the policy purchased prior to the marriage? When was the beneficiary change made? Are the children a product of the marriage?
