Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
I live in atlanta, My name Is Jay Johnson.My mother passed away around 3yrs ago and no one has spoke about a will. My Step father wants to sell the home he and my mother had refinanced through Hibernia bank to my sister.They have sent me a letter to sign stating i have no objection to the sell. Do i HAVE to sign anything for this sell?

Possibly. If there is no will, and the house was separate property, then you may have an interest in the house. I would have the paper reviewed by a Texas lawyer of your choosing, as you may be giving up an interest to which you would otherwise be entitled.
