Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
I live in the state of Texas but have a judgment against me in Ca for a Large amount of money to private people not creditors what all can the take my house is homesteaded and I'm not working. I do have a joint acount but there is no judgment against the person I have the joint account with. I would like to apel the case so who would I hire as well

Judgments do not attach to the homestead in Texas. To appeal, you would have to litigate in CA. The judgment will eventually expire or bankruptcy may be a better option.
