Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

I live in Texas and my house is due to be sold (foreclosure) on Tuesday Jan. 5th. How much time after the sell of the home do I have to move out. I have a rental I can move into but not until Jan. 15th. Do they lock the doors on you, what is the protocol?

If you can move on Jan. 15, you should be able to make arrangements with the buyer. The buyer may even be willing to rent the property to you.
