Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

I live in Texas 4 years ago my parents died leaving property in a will. The will was probated and one year later was closed with 1/9 th ownership of the property between me and my 9 siblings. My question is, how can the property be being rented out without my permission and monies being collected on? Can only one sibling make that decision? And what can I do to stop it? And does the executor of the will have any more standing or decision making power now that the probate has been closed for over 4 years?

The executor can make that decision before the estate is closed. After the estate is closed only you can rent your property unless the power to do so was granted to another, perhaps in the will. It is difficult to answer your question without reviewing the will, its probate, and the title to the property. I'd have an attorney do that first before moving further.
