Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

I have lived with my husband for 20 yrs, he died and left me 1/4 of the house and gave me 9 months to move out. I have no where to go now and have to be out in Jan. Do I legally have to move or do I have some rights that will allow me to stay till it's sold?

You (probably) have a surviving widow's homestead rights. Why do you think you have to move? In what form did he "give you 9 months to move out"?
