Living in Texas,20 yr. old man, 100% disabled, due to pedestrian/ car accident. Will need in-home care for the remainder of life. Receiving Medicaid,SSI benefits. Insurances will pay over $250,000.00.(hospital bills then be deducted) What is the best type of trust or trusts to protect man from losing his government benefits or any other type of aide? There are too many trusts to choose from, what makes the one you would suggest the best fit? Sincerely,Warrior Mom. [email protected]
