Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
Living Trust
My wife and I made a living trust in California in 2002. Last year we moved permanently to Texas.
Is there anything we now have to do to the documents (will,living trust,power of atty etc.) since we reside in Texas?

Standards vary from state to state. Without actually looking at what you did in California, there is not way to answer this. You should take your documents to a good estate attorney for review.
