Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

A Living trusts had 3 brothers as beneficiary. All 3 have died and grandchildren are beneficiaries of parents living trust. Original trust has not settled property and few assets. The trustee (older cousin) says trust is not n effect.

1. Can executor be removed, what reasons (executor let cash run out paying property tax versus fixing fences for agriculture exemption)

2. Can two of the 3 member force the sale of property?

3. I invested considerable money to get agriculture exemption, which everyone benefited. Do I have any claim for reimbursement?

I find the facts here a little confusing so I suggest you take all the documents you have and make an appointment with a lawyer to get some advice.
