Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

How long can you be held in a Deposition?

I was held for a 10 hour deposition with my attorney present. I dont think he should have allowed me to be there that long and I was respresented poorly for that. What is the maximum number of hours you are required to give testimony in a deposition? Can this deposition be thrown out for the length of time I was required to be there and speak?

There are rules about the maximum number of hours for depositions but there is too much missing information to say whether this was too long.

This is something you and your attorney need to discuss.
