how long does probate of will setting on the docket

house has not been sold brother will not do antything to help how long does the will set on docket before the court steps in to see what is going on. It has been two years almost

The court won't step in. You will need to contact an attorney who will represent your interests and get things moving. Your attorney can ask the court to appoint you executor so you can take charge and get things moving.
