Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
If someone is trying to manipulate a will somehow or forge a signature stating that a beneficiary has signed over part of the estate to another person, how does an attorney or executor determine that this has happened and establish the facts?

If the signature is an alleged forgery, then other examples of the true signature can be gathered and a handwriting expert can be hired to compare - if the will is completely handwritten and there are no witnesses or notaries. Otherwise, those witnesses and notaries would be interviewed.
