Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
i am married but in the middle of a divorce. i have a terminal illness and my time is short. if i die before my divorce is final but my will states that i want to leave my estate and all belongings to my mother. who wins my wife of my mother??

The only limitation to a will is: You can give away only what belongs to you.
Make a will that leaves everything to your mother. After you die, your mother will receive everything that was yours.
