Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

medicare,medicaid and nursing home

My father is 84 yrs. old what legal advice do I need before he is admitted into a Nursing home? With all combined income he receives about $2000.00 dollars a month. He is diebetic and need 24 hr.. care because we can't control his blood sugar he is not of sound mind at this time.

I'm not sure what kind of legal advice your talking about, but if you have specific questions, I suggest you contact an attorney who handles elder law matters near where your father lives.
